Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jourdanton-Pleasanton by IHG

Stayed 2 weeks for work, breakfast is great customer service/ front desk was nice! Cleaning crew was very helpful and friendly. On the weekends the kids came to visit the pool was super clean and inviting! kid friendly fully fenced area and kid approved “breakfast in bed”!

The hotel was nice and clean. Workers I dealt with were all pleasant. The elevator was broken and I had no prior notification and received nothing but a "sorry about that". Really stunk that I was on the 3rd floor.

I had a great stay and over all everything was great! BUT the Elevator was out of service and the Dryer was Busted... Take that for what its worth.. Hopefully these issues are fixed for future guests...

We were in town for a wedding and this hotel was close to everything we needed. Very clean room and comfy bed. AC worked great and shower was hot with great pressure. We didn't get to make breakfast but my family who was also staying there said it was great. Front lady was sweet who checked us in and super nice. Will stay again

The hotel was busy, and only one attendant was seen. As a matter of fact, he seemed to be there all the time. Our key didn't work, and the cleaning crew let us in our room.The rooms were nice and clean, but we had to get coffee and accompaniments both mornings for the pot in our room. There was one Kleenex in the holder in the bathroom the first day, and cleaning crew did not replace when cleaned room. They were having bad problems with their room key system. One person in our group had to have 3 different key cards made, and they were so busy, it took almost 2 hours to get in his room. If you went to the pool area, your key card was supposed to give you re-entry, but didn't, and you were stuck out there until another guest came.
