Jourdanton RV Park

I love this RV park and have made so many good friends here. I have been here for almost 3 years. The only issue I really have is with our manager Steven Nisbet. He talks down to everyone that I know and threatens to kick us out over minutiae things. For example - I had 2-4 cigarettes butts in my yard and he said you know I can kick you out for this if your friends with these people. But The person across the street had three packs of butt sitting in their front yard. I feel like he targets some people he doesn’t like and gives them a hell. He gossips about other residents to everyone behind their back. A manager of a large Rv Park should be a little more professional. He is very rude to me

Ive been here for about 2 months now and i Love it! Management is Amazing, Laundry room and Showers are always Clean and well Kept! Rates are Unbeatable! this Park should Definitely be considered if you are looking for a quiet safe place to call home

It is true it is in the country and quiet, but there is dog poop everywhere and loose dogs galore. Not enough power to run our motorhome AC. Sites are pretty grassy as well. Pretty common for a firefly property. Manager seemed very discouraged with no upper manager support, was a nice guy with his hands tied

I have stayed here for about a year now. This Thanksgiving the R.V Park hosted a dinner for all of the guests for free. They have grill's for people to use by the laundry room. With outside accomodations to sit down and relax while you cook. Inside the laundry room you'll find folding table for your clothes. The laundry room is always well kept. You have great showers , toilets, and washer and dryers. Very kid and animal friendly. There is a lot of space for everyone to relax. I have really enjoyed my time here. The owners are very considerate of everyone's needs. As well as the gentleman that maintains the grounds. The lawn is always maintained well.

Wonderful experience at this RV park! We are actually locals but our house was being worked on so we brought the RV here. It’s very quiet and calm here. The rv spots are very spacious and the rates are just right. If you are looking for a RV park in the area, this is the one! It’s 3min to a dollar general for last minute needs and about 8min to Walmart. It’s also right down the road from a few great restaurants like Sam’s grill for lunch or dinner and Chile Bandera for breakfast.
