Riverview Motel

Wow! Very small rooms for the cost. Achievement of returned deposit can be very difficult. It is a good location, but like I said, very tiny for the cost, and getting the deposit back is often quite difficult. I won't return, but that's just my opinion.

This hotel is old but upkeep was well done Depending on your location you may have an old fashion wall AC or central air. Rooms are okay -- the basics are supplied except for hangers. TV was large and had adequate channels. The rooms could have been cleaner on check in and I wish the laundry facilities were better. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Just get use to he job Corp pick up bus and s few shady character hanging around. No problems so far for myself. I plan to keep it that loop||I've been in better hotels by far but this one is okay

My family and I stayed for a few days. The motel offers weekly rates which is great. The room had a kitchenette. It was clean and the people were friendly. The beds need replacing, but I still slept fine. It is nothing to brag about, but if you need something affordable, clean, and friendly this is it. I would have liked a fan in the room. This room had no fan and the heart works real well ( even off).

This hotel is super clean, has the best prices in town, the staff is super accommodating and friendly. The tv is old but my room has a toaster oven, fridge, microwave, full set of real dishes, a DVD player, and coffee maker. I would stay here every time I'm in Maine.

My fiancé and I have been staying here for a month with no problems. One morning on the day our rent was due the window was still closed so I went and put my rent in an envelope and put it in the drop box. One of the men in the office came and knocked on my door at 10am but left before I could get to my door as we were sleeping. The same man came back at 11:30am and knocked once and proceeded to open my door. When I went down to the office to confront him and ask why he did that he said it's because he didn't hear anything even though our tv was on and he thought that nobody was home. Makes it seem like they will just walk into your room if they don't think you are there or how many times they have just unlocked the door and walked right in.
