Bangor Aviator Hotel, BW Premier Collection

Wow, right across the street from baggage claim and less than a block from the rental car lot. Perfect location during my snowy December 13, 2025 visit. Cozy inside, great service (the front desk helped me add a second night to my original Priceline reservation and went out of their way to make calls and arrange it so I’d be able to stay in my same room when I asked unexpectedly due to the weather). Would definitely stay here again any time.

Positive: Easy to get to. Appreciated the breakfast. Negative: Would like daily room service. We were there 2 days so would like trash out and towels exchanged. Not necessarily full bed making is needed. Would be nice to have free parking for hotel guests.

Front desk staff couldn't be friendlier/more hospitable. Location is superb for late flights in or very early departures. Opened our door only to surprise the poor woman who already was checked into the room. Went back to fd, given another room, key didn't work, had to go back again, not fun after a 10 hr. travel day. Checked in again a few days later, hubby tried to iron his (Ralph Lauren) shirt. Garment is now ruined because their was something red on the iron that transferred to his shirt. Also upon entering the room, all lamps were unplugged, phone receiver was unplugged as well, so odd. My husband and I have been visiting the aviator annually at the end of June for years. Not the prettiest place but between being so close to the airport and the amazing food its always been worth it. Tonight I had a different experience. We went down to the restaurant and on the way out of the elevator we got warned not to waste our money in the restaurant by fellow guest but we payed no mind to him. We got a table immediately and was greeted by the cute dark haired girl running the show. We took notice of how busy it was and decided to sip our drinks for awhile since we were in to hurry. I loved the convenience of the hotel to the airport. Couldn’t have asked for anything easier. It is a bit expensive. Pros: The beds were comfy. I am not use to double bed in a hotel, so a bit close for adults unless you like to snuggle then all is good. Couldn’t hear any airplane noise. they do have a dorm size fridge vs mini fridge. Staff were warm and friendly. The on site restaurant was pricy but worth it. Good size portions and delicious food. Cons: Remote batteries need to be changed. Difficulty using it. The heating system didn’t work. Only cold air blew so we turned it off. A night light in the bathroom would help those late night risers. If you don’t turn the bathroom light on at night you may drop the toilet paper roll while searching for it. Then heating system is
