Fairfield Inn Bangor

Every staff member we encounter at the Bangor Marriott Fairfield seems like they are ready and waiting to do whatever they can to make our experience amazing! For us, this is the most important part of any stay. The rooms are well proportioned, clean and well managed. The hot tub and pool are also very clean and well maintained. Excellent work!

Staff were helpful, friendly and super attentive |We enjoyed our stay, rooms were clean, well stocked and hotel was fully staffed. WiFi worked well, breakfast was filled, clean, decent and again staff was attentive to everyone’s needs. Attendant at breakfast made sure everything was filled, hot and ready for everyone. We were with a group of close to 100 seniors and we stayed for two nights. They were able to handle all of us with care and friendliness. Pool was crystal clear, all equipment in the fitness center was up and working. Bathrooms were nicely updated and roomy. Plenty of counter space. Coffee was available 24 hours. Marriott rewards member - ||two busses pulled in with 100 people all checking in, needing things and asking questions and staff handled it with such ease and friend

Staff is extremely kind and friendly, the Breakfast options are quite wide and delicious. Large Swimming pool and hot tub to enjoy along with a Laundry room and full Gym. Been here for a few months and it was an extremely pleasant experience.

Positive: We came in last minute at 11pm bc our other hotel had bugs in it and the staff were amazing. They made sure we got an elevator for our elderly dog and were so kind. Negative: None

The hotel is surrounded by mature trees and has obviously been updated. It is pleasant enough but our room had an odor of perfume or a sweet smelling cleaning product. The sheet that was supposed to cover the duvet was not full enough. The AC was not the most efficient. But the room was clean and quiet. ||But I have to give a nod to the design team the sheer curtains have a pretty autumn leaf pattern which is cheerful. ||The breakfast was def better than the typical all included breakfast. Lots of dining area in various locations indoors and out which was nice. ||The reception was understaffed for a holiday weekend. And the poor guy who was on duty Aug 31 had to work at the speed of light to get everyone checked in. ||Not a bad rate. I would stay here again.
