I gave a three stars because the picture they're showing is not the pick of the place looks like at all. What you're not seeing is that it sits on a dirt road. Between two large auto dealerships very easy to drive past. I did four times. parking lot is paved with white lines and the buildings they look like something out of the 1985. Don't drive to the back of the property looks dangerous. Now the rooms I was pleasantly surprised they come with kitchenettes for cooking and little refrigerator table with four chairs. the you need to move now bathroom nice and clean look new look like they renovated inside but didn't do the outside. No that's just based upon the room that I was in. I don't know if the other rooms look like.

Place was reopened, however, the room rates per week were changed constantly during my stay there. Can't really say anything bad about the place as it was quiet and peaceful. It is not a normal hotel as you would expect which is good. Appointments are needed and the best way to find the phone number is via Craigslist. The gentleman running the place was cordial and friendly. My stay was around Thanksgiving to the second week of January. That's 2023 to 2024. If you get paid biweekly the best way to pay is to set aside the next week's rent as he is firm on the pay date.

I will never again stay here. Although yes my stay here was peaceful but everytime I went to pay rent could never get ahold of the owner. Also when we first moved in we gave the owner 100$ key deposit that we were promised we would get back the day we turned in our key. Just left today and went to turn in the key, not only did the owner not give us our deposit back. He just jumped in his truck and left. I feel like this owner is a scammer and honestly to me didn't even seem like he was legally running the place.

Owner burglarized my room I rented for a month after staying for 6 days, shut this place down

It ought to be condemned. Totally unsafe. Water works less than half the time. Roach infested. Totally unsafe. Management leaves EVERYTHING to be desired. Ridiculously overpriced for a SLUM.
