Wall to wall trailer houses, golf carts and electric bikes...they do have an awesome facility for billiards, otherwise nothing to really see here...

Gossip galore, I'm sure you know the type of people. It's the least expensive 55-plus park around. With that said, the saying, you get what you pay for comes to mind. Nice looking park, though. I should add, there are some very nice people in the park but over shadowed by the negative ones to a large degree.

Lots of friendly people here. Many, many things to do for everyone that's interested Have C/M jams w/ delicious half-time treats; quilting, bingo, library, craft sale, pot luck, holiday celebrations, card games, line dancing, birthday celebrations, ice cream socials, non-denominational church service, swimming, shuffleboard, pool hall-- and much more. Close by is a water park, golf course and bingoand lots of restaurants. Something for everyone!

Very unwelcoming. Park president is overbearing and rude. CCRs are not enforced. It is very stressful to be in this park. Of course, there are some very nice people here, but those 'in charge' ruin it for the rest

Roads need work great community Hall and pool they have events all the time I visit my grandma that has lived there for years and she love it
