Rest and Relax Inn

The beds were comfortable but the cleanliness wasn’t the best. Outside it looks beautiful all the colors and the mural by the pool the led lights but once you go it the bathroom creaking was pealing, the walls were drooping it looked like the paint was just melting off the walls, the floor needed to be swept and mopped, the remote has sticky stuck and gunk all over it thank the lord I brought my iPad to watch movies because I didn’t know what was on the remote, the bed was very squeaky seems like it had screws lose, and the bed sheets were very stained which a little bleach could’ve helped, besides that the location was nice wasn’t to loud at all very beautiful scenery, the staff were sweet as ever, and the people there kept to themselves which was nice.

Positive: Price Negative: The LVP flooring was not clean. There wasn’t a hair dryer or ironing board in the room. The pool was closed in August. Bedding consisted of a blanket and sheets. Not snuggle worthy. The hotel had a huge checklist that could cause a loss of REQUIRED dep.

On a trip from central TX to Miami and my husband and I decided to post up here for the night. Unsure why so many negative reviews, my experience was great. It's a fantastic budget option if you just need somewhere to shower and sleep for a few nights. Not ideal for long term stay just because of the lack of amenities. But the staff is so friendly as long as you're friendly too. Deposit is in cash so as long as you're nice to the room you won't leave broke.

I stayed at this hotel almost two mos and they do not clean the rooms even if you ask. I went to the front desk to complain about the room having mold and that I could never get my room clean. My son has asthma and my daughter was sick several times while there. I work up with eyes burning and headaches daily until I just couldn't take it anymore so I moved out. I have pictures of the mold

BUGS!!! Was just staying one night so wanted a cheap room. But coming back from dinner the floor was freaking CRAWLING!! Cochroaches everywhere, had to leave immediately. Stay at the Marriot down the street, it's worth it not get BUGS.
