Residency Suites Cotulla Texas

These rooms are super nice, comfortable, and big. For the price Awin gave us it was a steal. We stayed as a group for 1 week and ended extending for another week. Awin and his wife are really nice and attentive we will definitely be staying in the future!

Read the reviews from others. I don’t know if it’s disgruntled employees, but the rooms were fantastic, clean, very comfortable beds, very spacious room. The staff was actually friendly. And no bugs.

Semi tractor-trailer parking, very nice place. Nice and quiet

Nicer then places I have stayed at for twice the price. Clean room looked recently remodeled. Large room with a sofa and kitchenette. |Best value for the dollar I have ever found. Some of the reviews mentioned the limited breakfast which is true but given the price I don't think that is a big negative. I would happily recommend this place to anyone.

Prices are really reasonable and not too far from where I'm at but first time I went there I I was asleep in the morning and I heard a knocking on the door by the time I opened up my eyes and look to see who it was I seen a gentleman walking out the door I didn't see his face other than his back only cuz he was walking out of the door so apparently it was one of the cleaning crew but I told the lady that works up at front desk that shouldn't have happened check out wasn't until 11:00 a.m. and this was early like 9:00 10:00 in the morning when this happened. and yesterday I went again I completely forgot all about what had happened the first time..I thought about it on the way home but anyways today February the 16th 2025 I woke up this morning to brush my teeth and look down at the floor
