Front Desk (Raeven) great attitude, very helpful. I was helped respectfully by two amazing house keepers, Sidney & Patricia. Rooms very clean, smelled amazing! maintenance guys very busy & very friendly! Girls are doing an amazing job at housekeeping! Will definitely be coming back again! Thank you for a great experience!

Overpriced for the same size room someone else in my family got for $33.00 less. Room was a bit humid and musty smelling. Blow dryer in the bathroom didn’t work. Less than half of roll of toilet paper available so I had to go ask for more. Sofa bed was old and uncomfortable. Loved having a full kitchen available. Ice maker in the freezer of full size refrigerator in the room had some ice available but ice machine on all the floors in the hotel were out of order. Bed was comfortable. Despite being given a room on the first floor it was a quiet stay. Never went for free breakfast but it is available.

We appreciated the clean room, and the exceptional service. The bed was comfortable. We were in town for a funeral and had met other family and friends there and it was nice not to have any problems with the room. My children had a good time playing pool. They were also accommodating to our room changes. We will definitely be back!

Its not a bad place to stay for the price. Beds are comfy and has kitchenett. Now as far as professionalism and actually taken care of the property, we'll that's a different story. I've have been a property manager for over 30 years. So not only do I know what I'm talking about I know how to take care of a property. ALL carpet needs ripped out & tile floor installed. Every room needs a full maintenance check. First room had no TV. 2nd room no working blow dryer. And as far as the windows. I can only tell you I had to clean the windows in my room because they where covered in a black film. I wish I would of took picture of my white wet rag after only one wipe. Rooms could be cleaned better, I found old skittles on the floor along with a potato chip under bed. As far as employee

There needs to be better communication or better training on how to take payments here. Everytime I come here they have an issue with how someone did the payment. I was leaving and I literally had two women come out and wave me down saying how they didn't have payment confirmation right in there system. I showed them my receipt, but she still kept saying the person hadnt done it right. That is on them not me. I do not work there the customer shouldn't get harassed and basically told they didn't pay right based on the incompetence of the employee. I paid, I checked in, and did everything I was told to do. If there is a fault in that re train and communicate better dont go after the guest. Also sink was clogged and sheets were dirty.
