Comfort Suites Cotulla near I-35

Cigarette ashes in the sink. Vape stuff left on the floor. Floors were sticky and broken tiles dangerous for my crawling grandson and toddler granddaughter. Very disappointed staying. Previous stay was a very good experience and that’s why I booked again. I travel to Cotulla often to see family and would like to continue staying here. Just hope this issue is addressed and next stay will be enjoyable and pleasant.

The Comfort Suites is a reliable chain situated among many others in the same area. The property was well maintained and the rooms cleaner than other hotels in the area we've tried. This one seems family owned and the staff was all real nice. We got a king room, nicely appointed with granite vanity tops, microwave, and small fridge. The bed was very comfortable. The furniture and couches, also very nice, and CLEAN. Fairly situated near the elevator, the room was still extremely quiet. ||Free breakfast included is all what you might expect for these types of hotels. (breads, yogurts, cereals, fruit, hot scrambled eggs, and sausage patties. And of course waffles). You don't deviate too much from this menu in a free breakfast place really unless you go with a Holiday Inn Express or something.

*Bed Bugs bites. that thing itches! *human and pet hair on bedding *carpet was very dusty with obvious uncleanness and, seems like for weeks haven't seen a vacuum. * bathroom sink not wiped: Fondutan spills left on sink countertop. I'm not staying there any more obviously , but if you took a chance bring a flip flops to prevent stepping on the floor. Good luck! 3rd floor room.

My room wasn't very clean; the kitchenette sink didn't drain. The room had no remote so I thought, I found it behind the bed after I moved the nightstand, but when I tried to turn on the tv with the remote, it didn't work, so I resided to the fact that I would just watch tv on my computer, but the Wi-Fi wasn't working, and upon my deciding to check out a day early that next morning at 6:45 am I was told that I couldn't get a receipt because the Wi-Fi had gone out, and that a receipt would be e-mailed to me when the internet was working again. When I got my receipt via e-mail, I then noticed a $43.38 early departure charge was added to my bill. Great business trip stay ! Very kind and courteous staff. Front desk so absolutely amazing and provided a sense of calm after very busy days. Very clean and spacious room and wonderful housekeeping service. I don’t usually eat a hot breakfast but there was good yougurt and little guilty pleasure danishes and fruit. This a little gem 💎 in Cotulla 💯
