Hotel Cotulla

Zero stars, I've been travel for more than 6 hours and I booking one night to stay with my kids .I booked from Priceline , the price I pay it's USD 62 dollars +plus tax USD 69 , so I received an email charging 120 dollars , I arrived at the hotel , the lobby was close , I contact the phone number provided by the hotel and no one answer my phone call. I stay in front that hotel for more than 40 minutes trying contact someone, after almost an hour I decide drive more couple minutes to star at days in hotel. I hope this joke hotel give my full refund back .

Highly recommend. My stay was extremely relaxing, with an easy check in. It’s convenient to everything. All of the Staff was personable, professional, and very helpful with southern hospitality. The hotel manager was very sweet and professional. The breakfast was pretty good and they do have Wifi, which was definitely needed for my kids tablets. Also had on-site laundry! A+ would definitely stay here if I was in the area again.

Have to give props where they are due! I had traveled from Dallas and booked a room at 2 different hotels next door that I don’t ever recommend but arrived at 430 am and needed a room! This hotel manager showed up in a matter of minutes and checked me in with NO problem!!! Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and staff was GREAT! Let me just say, every time I travel that way… I will definitely be staying here!!! Thank you!

This hotel sucked, not gonna lie. When we got here, we went to our room and the beds werent even made. We went to tell the workers what we saw, so a lady went to see which rooms were 'clean'. When we got to our 'clean' room, the beds were made but there was dust EVERYWHERE. The counter had crumbs and when my mother cleaned the toilet lid with a disinfecting wipe, the wipe was VERY BROWN. When I went to wash my hands the water was so cold, which is understandable since its winter, but overall this place was pretty bad.

Check in was good. Staff was helpful. Room was clean or so we thought. After some time we realized our socks were completely black from walking around in the room. Went and bought a mop/ bucket and mopped the floor twice. DISGUSTING! After mopping the floor each time the water was absolutely BLACK! Not to mention that there is no staff onsite! Got locked out of our room and had to wait 10 mins for a housekeeper to come and reprogram our room key so we could get in. WE WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE STAYING HERE EVER AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
