Candlewood Suites Cotulla by IHG

This hotel was ok. Room was very nice with full size fridge and stove top. Also an putside gas grill for grilling my own steaks. Service was ok however in my whole 10 days stay there was nobody visible on the counter at any time of the day. Also the elevator broke and was down for the whole weekend which was not convenient. Be carefull if you get a room close to the pool or grill area, folks gather there and it may be a little inconvenient if you have to sleep early. I do have to say that by 9pm the hotel was quiet and never had issues with noise. Good value overall.

I love the room. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to go to work every morning. Wish it had some kind of breakfast. Love it had all the things I needed in the kitchen. The office area was the best and the recliner was my favorite thing to sit in after a long day at work

This hotel is just amazing! It is extremely clean!!! When i mean extremely clean i mean everything is clean from the time you walk into the hotel to the time you leaving even the outside is clean. The staff is super nice and friendly. Housekeepers do an amazing job of cleaning the rooms every day. Which is wonderful for me since i work in the oilfield. Everything was wonderful from the full size kitchen (which all unitizes are included). Big thing here was COMFORT. Everything was comfortable! From the pillows to the bed, even how big the rooms are. Top class hotel! My guys and me enjoyed this place a lot the outdoor grill was a big hit for them. Best part of our stay was the home made food they will server. This hotel really made me feel like home away from home!

I had an issue with my tv. Josse the maintenance guy was quick to get to my room and got the issue fixed with no problem

Roaches everywhere including the refrigerator.🪳 this hotel has roaches in the restroom and under the kitchen sink no wonder there are always vacancies. I saw a big roach at the entrance of the hotel when checking in. The girl at the front desk is rude! The air conditioning did not get cold through the night. I woke up in a light sweat. The gym cleaning wipes container was empty. No gym towels!!! This place is Dirty!!!!! Here some pics for proof below.
