Great place to come up in Houston if you want cheap and no deposit.

I love it here I've been here 3 months ,I'm a single Dad and I enjoy it it's quiet and family friendly, it's a pretty cool community and they are fixing it up at the moment, maintenance people don't take long at all I had a sink leak and they came the same day and management are pretty understanding and they work with you thanks

This place looks like a drug haven ... I was visiting a friend who stayed next door to this place ... It's appearance seems to b ran down ... N not safe at all ... I just happened to make the mistake of going to this place instead of the Hotel next to it ...

Cheap.. Needs cleaned up.
