Today is December 22, 2025 I booked this hotel through Expedia for about $132 per night including tax, and for this price it was an excellent experience. The room felt like a cozy studio, perfect for families or anyone who prefers to cook. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials. The blankets and bathroom were clean, and the overall space was comfortable and well maintained. The hotel is close to downtown DC, with several nice restaurants within walking distance. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, which made check-in pleasant (150$ deposit and they don’t take Apple pay you need the physical card) There is a workout room; although a few machines were not working, it was still fine overall. I really liked that there is a water fountain inside the gym, which was

We checked in here on August 22, 2025, and checked out on August 26, 2025. This hotel is located right next to the convention center making it an excellent choice if you're attending a conference here. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Checking process was quick and efficient. The room was a good size and very comfortable. The shower was good with plenty of hot water and good pressure. The bed was very comfortable providing an excellent night's sleep. The room was very quiet with no outside noise from the hallway or from outdoors. This hotel offers free breakfast which is fine. It is scrambled eggs, breakfast meat, waffles and the usual continental breakfast items. Nothing great but free and filling. The have a rooftop lounge, but we it was never open during our stay. They

Stayed here for about 4-5 weeks, so a significant amount of time. Breakfast staff are incredible, very kind, clean, and friendly. The building itself however is a bit of a nightmare, there is this nasty mold smell that is constant throughout the floors— from time to time staff will use a room spray to aggressively cover up the smell but its still noticeable. The laundry room is a mess, with machines that leak, and instead of decommissioning broken machines they used towels to wipe up the puddles and left them be. The water rooms are filthy with trash piling up for days at a time (why guests leave their delivery trash hidden in the water rooms is beyond me but how staff didn’t take care of it when I mentioned it the first time is even more confusing). The biggest issue though is by far the

Positive: This hotel was very close to the convention center and also not far from all of the monuments. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Negative: Things that could be improved were minimal. Some wallpaper peeling off the wall in the bathroom. No other issues.

I stayed here during a three day business trip and I had a good experience. The King Studio Suite was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. After long, eventful and fun days, it felt great coming back to a welcoming suite. There’s a full-size kitchen equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishwasher and a small island countertop with barstools to eat meals. The swivel TV gave an option to use streaming services like Hulu, Netflix and Prime Video (which was a major plus being that most hotels only offer basic cable channels) The bathroom was spacious and clean. Shower was clean and there were more than enough clean washcloths and towels supplied, although I travel with my own linens. The hotel staff was friendly throughout my stay and room service was provided. I
