Residence Inn by Marriott Washington, DC Downtown

The bed and room was nice, location was also convenient. Having the kitchenette was nice. The staff was the best part. The breakfast staff was AMAZING as well as all the interactions with the front desk and house keeping. I don't think I've stayed at a hotel that has had better staff. Thank you.

Based on my recent experience, staying at Marriott hotels is a wise decision. This hotel did not disappoint me either. Check-in was quick and efficient and we were given an extremely spacious room, more like a 1 bedroom apartment. The kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything you could need, including plates and cutlery. The bed is comfortable and generous, but the bathroom is perhaps a little dark. Although the rooms face two main streets, the outside noise is not disturbing. The complimentary breakfast on the house is the same every day, probably pretty good by US standards. Quite clean in the outdoor areas, but also in the room. Although the hotel has 4 fast elevators, sometimes there is a long wait. The hotel is easily accessible from Dulles Airport, either by Uber or by subway,

I mean there was really nothing wrong with my 5 nights at this hotel. Rooms: The rooms were nice, had a kitchen and eating area, comfortable beds and clean bathroom Service: I do really appreciate the housekeeping everyday, not all hotels do it anymore which is sad to see. It is was refreshing to see the beds made and the room picked up every day after sightseeing or doing an activity in dc. Also the free breakfast everyday was awesome! The waffles were amazing and I want to thank this hotel for it being included with the stay itself and not a separate purchase. Location: This hotel close to everything, not far from really any attraction but still recommended driving around if you had the choice. This hotel is close to many eating options such as dominos, jimmy johns, chipotle, etc. Ov

Nice renovated hotel. But, only having queen size beds was not so good. They were not firm. The room was large with walk in shower. Was quiet for our 4 nite stay. Staff was amazing. The breakfast bar was DELICIOUS! A brand new restaurant/lounge just opened on first floor. Bar cocktails were great!
