Residence Inn by Marriott Virginia Beach Town Center

Had a great experience staying at Residence Inn. My family and myself had to move out of our home due to issues with our house. We stayed here for 2 months. Great location, close to many shops, restaurants and events at Town center. The rooms are clean and spacious, the beds where comfortable. They have a cute back porch, with a barbecue grill and a fire pit you can use, with a seating area to hangout with friends and family. Good choices for hot and cold breakfast food. I love that they welcome pets. The maids where very helpful and super nice. Great customer service at the front desk staff, very professional and willing to help with any questions you may have. All the staff there are very friendly and easy going. I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here before. Excellent location. The staff have been Excellent when we have visited. From the moment you check in at the front desk, you feel welcome. The housekeeping staff are wonderful, and not only does the facility look clean, it smells great. The breakfast is exceptional with incredible staff to keep it perfect and they are very friendly. We were happy to see the same staff members again. With laundry facilities this is perfect if we are there for a week or a month. We will gladly return.

Wonderful experience! Front desk staff is top notch! We were coming on the week of 4th of July, had a very late check in, had a glitch with our reservation, Anthony and Jessica were great in solving it! Very professional and courteous employees - I wish every hotel would have front desk staff like them. First impression is very important, and we started our stay with a great one! Hotel itself is new, and the suites are very comfortable. Felt like our own cosy apartment - had everything we needed. Could’ve stayed there the whole week, and been very happy. Pool is quite big. Everything was clean, hotel provided good breakfast. Overall a great stay! 5 stars

We stayed here for 60 days because of a house flood. The hotel was clean and modern and comfortable considering our situation. They allowed pets which was wonderful and we took our dachshunds to doggie day care daily so they were never left there unattended. The staff were always friendly and welcoming. The reason I give this a 3 star is because we had to move out before our house restoration was complete so we were rushed on the day moving out to another hotel, during this time I accidentally left my very nice robe on bathroom door. I also had a missing belt during my stay and never brought it to housekeeping attention, I just dropped it and thought that’s just what happens “things grow feet and walk away”. But I called the next day after we vacated our room to ask about my robe in “lost
