Residence Inn by Marriott San Antonio SeaWorld®/Lackland

In town for the AirForce graduation and overall a perfect hotel to stay at that was super close to everything and the base. We were only 15 minutes away and we had Saltgrass and Texas Roadhouse just right down the street from the hotel. They did comp a night for us as the fire alarm did go off around 3 AM and 4 AM on our last night there. Overall a great experience and would totally book here again.

I have to say of all the Resident Inn'S that I've stayed at Unfortunately this one ranked lowest. Initially, when I checked in, I was greeted by a younger girl who was really quite rude. And seemed rather pleased to let me know that the card I had put on file only worked for of the rooms. Just as I suspected this was a mistake on her part that needed to be corrected. After checking me in, we were not offered the typical bag with water and snacks.We were offered nothing. It's also exceptionally run down here. For instance, the outlets, your charger hardly will stay in them. I also had a difficult time in the laundry. When the laundry machines would not read my card it put a major damper on my situation.Because my children had to be at school in the morning, and I had already gotten

Residence Inn is supposed to be a moderately upscale extended stay brand under the Marriott umbrella. This location is not run like a Marriott at all. It is run like a cheap interstate-side Motel 6 with a nicer sign out front. We checked in on a Saturday and by Wednesday we still had not received any housekeeping service in either of our two rooms. No cleaning. No trash removal. No fresh towels. Our trash was overflowing to the point that we had to pile it on the floor under the kitchenette sink just to get it out of the way. We had to go to the front desk ourselves to ask for replacement towels and additional toilet paper. That is not extended stay service. That is neglect. Both rooms were dirty. The top of the refrigerator was covered in a thick layer of dust that clearly had not been

Very pleasant stay! The Christmas decor was beautiful and inviting as well as the holiday scent that permeated the lobby! The staff was very kind from the front desk to the breakfast attendant, housekeeping and maintenance! Special thanks to Jasmine, the breakfast attendant, for servicing with kindness and quickness on a super busy holiday weekend!!! The rooms were nice and comfortable! I’m always grateful when I can find a 2-bedroom suite for my family to spread out. The stove, microwave and refrigerator all worked well!!! There’s a movie theater next door, a mall across the highway and plenty of dining nearby. I’d definitely stay again :-). Perfect for families or travelers visiting Sea World and other local attractions.

Positive: The breakfast was great, especially the coffee, having oat milk was an unexpected nice touch! Negative: I ultimately selected this hotel over other cheaper places because of the indoor pool and hot tub but they weren?t open! I also happened to rent an electric vehicle, would have been convenient to have a charger for it.
