Residence Inn by Marriott San Antonio North/Stone Oak

Positive: I really liked the layout of the two bedroom suite. It gave us the needed privacy and the square footage we needed to navigate our stay. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Room was fairly clean. Negative: Just needs to be returned to its original quality. Furniture and carpets are simply worn out. No hot water in one of the showers. Some closet doors don?t slide correctly, some doors don?t latch. A bird visited our fireplace and we needed to change rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn by Marriott San Antonio North/Stone Oak with our family. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. perfect for traveling with kids. We loved having a kitchen and separate space, which made our stay so much easier and more relaxing. The staff was kind and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. The location is convenient, with nearby restaurants and stores, and the breakfast was a great bonus for busy mornings. Most of all, our family felt at home here. It’s a great place for families who want comfort, space, and a stress-free stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The outdoor pool was dirty. It was not pleasant to swim in on a hot day. Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Food was average. Location was good. Service was good. Room was plenty roomy for me and it was clean. I don’t think it’s worth the price I paid.

1st off, the people here in the front were nice. The breakfast here was pretty good. The condition of this hotel is horrible... Needs a remodel. The water pressure in the shower was laughable.. I had to flush 6-7 times when I had to do my business... And there is a horrible smell in the hallways and just lingers. To top it off, I had a late check out but was bothered 3 separate times asking when I was checking out after I already told them what time. Ridiculous.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott San Antonio North/Stone Oak. The location is excellent—quiet, safe, and conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and major roads in the Stone Oak area. The room was spacious and felt more like a small apartment than a typical hotel room. Having a full kitchen, a comfortable living area, and plenty of space made the stay especially comfortable. Everything was clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully arranged. The staff was welcoming and professional, which made the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was a nice added convenience, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and relaxing.
