4.75 out of 5.00 🌟 Let me start with the positives: 1. The hotel is clean, well maintained, with a contemporary decor. 2. The room we're staying is a single king size bed studio with a twin fold out couch, the king was extremely comfortable. 3. Full kitchen with cabinets, well stocked with cookware, dishes, and silverware; large refrigerator, dishwasher, sink basin w/ garbage disposal, powerful microwave, toaster, and coffee-maker. Dont forget a bar eating area adjacent to the sink. 4. Bathroom is large and shower is spacious and well cleaned. 5. Long desk and spacious area with TV that can be used as a monitor if you brought your laptop and HDMI cord. 6. Climate control operated well. 7. Loction, this hotel is nestled in a quiet area off of 202 in what appears to be an industria/officel

My boyfriend and I were only in the area for a short weekend, and the Residence Inn at Glen Mills/Concordville was the perfect place for our needs. We prefer to cook when we travel so having the kitchen is always a big plus. The bed was very comfortable, and the black out shades are always a favorite for me. The staff were very friendly and we felt that we could call on them for anything we needed. We had to request more dish soap for the room at one point, and they got it to us within minutes. Everything was very clean in the hotel from checkin to our bedroom. The location was incredible in proximity to everything we had planned as well. We would definitely stay here again :) 10/10!

Friendly staff, but an about $300 a night (including fees and taxes), I expect more. ||The set up of room 137, a wheelchair accessible one bedroom suite, is awkward. The bedroom and bathroom door swing into the bedroom so you can’t get by without closing them. The HVAC was either on or off, no heat and cool settings, so when we set the thermostat for 70, the AC would pop on (this was in November). The temperature in the living area was freezing and in the bedroom warm, so we had to leave the door open between the two rooms negating any privacy for the people sleeping on the pull out sofa. |The bathroom was located in the bedroom, so the people sleeping on the sofa bed had to walk through the bedroom to go to the bathroom. This is not how the hotel shows these rooms set up on the website

I have stayed in many Marriotts and this is in my opinion one of the best managed. We have stayed here several times and it’s always clean with a friendly welcoming staff. The breakfasts are also one of the best with fresh hot food and a nice variety of options. We definitely recommend it & will continue to come back when we visit family.

I've stayed here for work about 5 times over the past few months. Usually don't have any problems here- except this last visit has been not so great for their standards. L When I came into my room 137 - I guess it's a handicap accessible room - dishwasher was still full of dishes from the last guest and weren't done. So that was not the most welcoming having to finish someone else's dishes? Housekeeping is every 3 days but do the bare minimum, I guess you only get 2 dishwasher detergent pods for a 7 day stay? Also found a grasshopper in my kitchen that I asked a kind front desk attendant to help evacuate after housekeeping did my room. A lot of unfortunate incidents for usually a good hotel. Disappointed since I just got status for Marriott but only 4 more days to see what else could ha
