Best Western Plus Concordville Hotel

This hotel is newly renovated. It seemed. Very modern, very clean. The breakfast was amazing. Eggs, sausage hashbrowns the whole none. The front desk was very kind. They solved our problem with booking.com. Five stars for sure. Highly recommend.

This is always our "go-to" hotel when we are visiting attractions in the greater Philly area. As usual, the hotel was spotless, the room was quiet and roomy, and the staff was exceptional. This Best Western Plus should definitely be the benchmark of quality and service for all other hotels in this chain, it's that good. We ate dinner at the pub located inside the hotel on our first night's stay. It's a nice little pub with a full bar and the place was full of regulars and guests. We both ordered house salads and entrees. The salad was huge and the burger/fries I ordered were not just your run-of-the-mill fare. Positive: The indoor pool, the breakfast and the nice seatings around the hotel. Negative: Not particularly, but this time the electric was a little funky. The refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker were on an extension cord and didn’t always work. Also, no vent fan in bathroom. Not deal breakers.

We had a great experience with a couple minor exceptions. |Negatives: Our room on the fifth floor with the living area (extra windows!) was cool, but it was very cold outside that night. The heat couldn't seem to keep up. Also, the waffle mix was too thin, making inedible waffles. |None of the negatives detracted enough from the positives to dampen our stay.|Positives:|Clean, spacious rooms.|Made to order omelets and delicious breakfast (with the exception of the waffles).|Friendly service.|Comfortable bed.

I have zero complaints!! Staff have been amazing! Love the omelette bar! Have stayed here many times and they have been amazing. Highly recommend! The only thing i may suggest is possibly getting tvs that have the options to use Netflix and other apps on the tvs instead of just cable. Thanks
