We really liked our experience at this hotel. It was super clean. Our room was really spacey and had a mini kitchen. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, they upgraded our room from 1-king size bed to 2 full-size beds with a couch without any extra charges, they also went above and beyond to satisfy some of our friends requests. The gym had a lot of equipment (unlike other gyms thar have very limited optiins) and the pool was very clean and warmed up to our liking. The breakfast had lots of our favorite options. Overall, it was a great stay and I highly recommend it to anyone who's looking for accommodations in the area.

When I attempted online check in the morning of my arrival, I found that this property switched my room type and assigned a king bed room to a reservation for 3 people that I made 6 months ago. The rating I have comes for what happened when I called the front desk. I was told there was a note on my reservation that they changed my room type due to an oversell situation. No apology, no recognition that one bed for three people isn't a switch that can or should be made. When I said that I was told they were in an oversell situation. I said that's not my problem, i made this res six months ago and I can't be flexible. After being put on hold for 15 minutes, the agent came back and said she changed the room type. Again, no apology and no explanation of how that switch was ok in there mind. Wh

Comfortable room with plenty of space. Clean but a bit old and dated. Well insulated walls so no noise. Has a small pool. Pet friendly. Breakfast was ok.

Carla T. in group sales/management is an absolute GEM. She was able to accommodate our entire soccer team during a tournament. Hotel is centrally located, pool, gym and complimentary breakfast! Free parking is also a plus. But- Carla absolutely is the icing on the cake at this location! Would recommend and hope to stay again if we play near this location in the future!

I don’t normally write reviews but we stayed here this weekend for a hockey tournament. I really was impressed with how clean this hotel was. The room was a great size. It fit my sister and I and our two boys… plus all their equipment. The room had a great kitchenette and full size refrigerator. The free breakfast that was offered had a large variety of food to choose from and all the staff was genuinely accommodating. I wish I asked for the name of the man at the front desk who so nicely retrieved an extra set of sheets and pillows for me. I’ll definitely be staying here again whenever our next PA tournament rolls around.
