Comfort Inn & Suites Glen Mills - West Chester

I was happy with the stay at this hotel. Had some minor issues with the room, but they took care of it immediately. Breakfast was good and they kept it stocked. This seems to be a older hotel so don't judge by appearance. They seem to take care of it and we had a great time in the area. It's on a very busy intersection so was a little challenging getting in and out of the hotel. The restaurant on site was very good and convenient. Will stay here again if we area ever in that area again.

Positive: Decent location Negative: Rooms were climate controlled — way too warm for our comfort. Water from the bathroom faucet was NASTY — couldn’t even brush teeth w/o gagging. Not a single comfortable place to sit in the room.

Accommodations and area was wonderful but the plumbing was horrible. The toilet barely flushed. I had two rooms and they both had this issue. The hot breakfast only consisted of pork sausage links and eggs- my daughter doesn’t eat pork or eggs. She could only eat waffles. The cream cheese was a block of cream cheese instead of single serve that everyone would use. I was very very disappointed at the breakfast. I use comfort inn frequently and this was the first time at this location and the first time that the hot breakfast has been this scarce. Though the room was clean and it was quiet and the area that the hotel was located in was good, I am not sure I would return to this particular Comfort Inn. Comfort Inn & Suites Glen Mills - West Chester was clean, staff was friendly and responsive, and the area felt safe. We would definitely stay again with our family. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. I had expected a "faux" (fake) suite where there is a half wall between the beds and couch. I was shocked to find our room was a 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom suite with a kitchenette. It was fantastic for our 3 night stay with our 3 sons. When I checked in we were recommended to eat at the attached Indian restaurant and it was DELICIOUS! When I asked for additional bedding for the sofa bed, it was quickly provided. The breakfast is typical, not impressive but filling. That being said, when we arrived in the room there was a bobby pin in the bottom of one of the toilets and a small amou
