This hotel was amazing! It’s right in the heart of everything, so you can easily walk to most places without needing your car. Plus, there’s a Dunkin’ Donuts on the corner, which is perfect for grabbing coffee or a snack without breaking the bank. We could even walk to the market, which was just three blocks away. When we checked in, the hotel was spotless, the check-in was quick and professional, and the lobby was so cute and elegantly decorated, especially since we were there on Valentine’s Day. The staff were very friendly and personable. Our room was incredibly clean and updated with all the amenities we needed. The bed was so comfortable, with plenty of pillows. Although a Residence Inn, this property felt like a more upscale version of Marriott's longer-stay brands. The location is nearly perfect; within walking distance to all public transportation options, shopping, great food & beverage options, as well as much of the history that many people visit Philadelphia for. Nothing that I did was more than a 10-minute walk at most, and for the few things further away it was very easy to get Uber rides and at reasonable cost. I was in Philadelphia for the first time, stayed for 4 nights and did not have a car. I took the train from the airport to the center city area, walked to the Residence Inn with an easy 5-minute walk, and never needed anything more. Very convenient location across from the City Hall and provides free hot breakfast daily. Room service is every other day. We got free upgrade to a 1 BR King master suite with full size kitchen complete with china and silverwares. They gave us late check-out to 2pm without any problem. Staff is very informative and responsive. Highly recommend this place for functions at the Convention Center, which is about 2 short blocks away.

Kind staff. Great location. Comfortable bed. Relatively "aged" property and amenities. Breakfast should improve, a bean to cup coffee machine would be a great addition to the current service.

Our stay at the Residence Inn Philadelphia Center City was exceptional, and I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, especially the people who work there. First and foremost, the employees were truly incredible. During a very stressful and emotional time involving a hospital admittance, we had to extend our stay day by day. The staff consistently met us with empathy, kindness, flexibility, and genuine care. Every interaction felt human and compassionate, not transactional. That level of understanding made an enormous difference for our family, and it will not be forgotten. The hotel is also extremely pet-friendly, which was a huge relief.
