Residence Inn by Marriott Nashville Airport

The stay was satisfactory. The scenery was appreciated by my family. The room was stocked with essential amenities. However, some pots showed signs of rust. A paint spot was noticeable on the bathtub where the finish had faded. Additionally, there were apparent blood stains on the floor behind the toilet.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed very comfortable and all the appliances worked well. It was nice to have a kitchen to cook dinner, since I was there for 4 nights and did not want to spend a lot of money on eating out. The exercise room was limited on options but the equipment worked well and the room was clean with towels available. The evening mixer was nice. The room I was in was very quiet but it was back from the main road, which goes in front of the hotel. It you are in a room close to the road, the noise might be an issue. My only complaint is that the sofa in the room was very uncomfortable and the cushions were almost flat. I used pillows to make it more comfortable. The internet worked well. Run down! This hotel should not fall under the Marriott Bonvoy brand. The room was beyond outdated and run down. We opened the freezer and the ice maker looked like it had never stopped in days- overflowing. Clearly housekeeping had not opened the freezer in a long time. The couch was squeaky and sunken. The bathroom door was old wood and you had to push it shut which was loud. I do NOT recommend this hotel and I am just disappointed because had I known it was this bad I would not have asked my dad to book a room as well nor I as to not have a pleasant stay. Bonvoy should do better to be sure their properties are up to par.

I am very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel, especially considering it operates under the Marriott brand. The environment was far below the standards I expect. The strong smell of marijuana throughout the building and the steady flow of unauthorized visitors made the stay extremely uncomfortable. A loud party began around 8 p.m. and was still going on when we left at 1:00 a.m. Despite notifying the front desk, the only response we received was that the guests would be given a warning. It was clear no meaningful action would be taken, and staff even acknowledged that this was not the first time these long‑term guests had caused issues. We ultimately had to leave in the middle of the night and book another hotel at our own expense, with no refund offered. The lack of enforcement

It was an amazing place to stay. Only thing I have to complain about is the little long bugs with a million legs all around their body. I saw two in the sinks. I wish I would have taken a pic of them to show, because im not sure what they are called. Great place to stay and so nice and easy to get too
