Residence Inn by Marriott Houston Northwest/Cypress

We recently stayed at the Marriott Residence Inn in Cypress, Texas, and overall, it was a comfortable experience. The rooms were large, well-appointed, and thoughtfully stocked with useful details like dish soap and utensils. Everything was clean and in good condition, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job throughout our stay. However, there were a few issues that should be addressed: 1. No luggage racks: There were no luggage racks available in the room, which meant we had to place our suitcases directly on the carpet. This was inconvenient and unsanitary, and it made accessing our belongings uncomfortable. 2. Pest issue: During our stay in Room 408, we noticed several small cockroaches in the larval stage coming in and out of the wall area behind the toilet. We observed this m

Passing through to see family in the area. Hotel is clean and has friendly staff. Breakfast was good, I expected worse due to the reviews. Rooms were comfy and this hotel is pet friendly, even though the pet fee is pretty high at $150. Typically it runs about $25-$75. Overall not a bad stay and would recommend.

Enjoyed our stay over Christmas while visiting family. Kids had fun in the clean indoor pool and making mini waffles at well stocked breakfast. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and quiet. Conveniently located with easy access to freeway. We’d come back again.

Positive: The room was clean and quiet. The staff were so helpful when we discovered our truck was stolen during the night. They helped contact the Sheriffs Department and provided camera footage. Negative: Our truck was stolen from the parking lot.

The Residence Inn was a great place to stay Suzu and Stephan were wonderful with changing our rooms. This was a great roomy spot to stay and the breakfast was great all the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was great but a little cold but you get over it when swimming in the pool.
