Residence Inn by Marriott Greenbelt

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The have laminate floors instead of carpet. We have a 2 bedroom so you can sleep 8 if you use the pullout. One bedroom has a king size bed with its own bathroom that has a standard tub/shower combo. The other bedroom has 2 queen size beds with its own bathroom that has a large shower. Kitchen has a service for 4. The only issue is some items have damage such as the refrigerator, cabinets and toilets. Nothing major but they are there. It is clean. You could probably fit a twin air mattress in the room with 2 beds and a full/queen in the kitchen/living room area. Standard hotel breakfast is provided where you check in. Meaning, where you check in is not where your rooms are. Uou need to walk across the pool patio. Not bad when its warmer out. Its the e

My daughter and I had a great stay. I really enjoyed the grounds which are well kept. The pool was clear and staffed w a lifeguard. We enjoyed grilling out one night. The breakfast was delicious and fully stocked, way better than average.|The staff was friendly at both the front desk and breakfast. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable.|We cooked in a few nights and had all that we needed in pots and place settings.|Overall, we enjoyed the stay and plan to return.

We are a group of 11 staying for a long-term visit, and this is our first time in the United States. The hotel has truly been exceptional—clean, comfortable, and incredibly welcoming. Every staff member has been kind, attentive, and supportive, making our long stay feel easy and enjoyable. We are deeply grateful for their warm hospitality. This hotel has exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely choose to stay here again next year. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed a fine stay here. The room was spotless and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Everything in the kitchen worked! Everyone we interacted with was helpful and gracious. There were no carpets in our room, with tile and laminated surface instead. This was a nice pleasant change. I would like to call out and thank Wendy, who I didn't know was the manager when I interacted with her. She was pleasant, professional and helpful. Thanks Wendy! The unique funny part of our stay was the Oscar Meyer Weiner Vehicle was in the parking lot, all the way from Wisconsin! We got some pictures and selfies just for fun! Too bad there weren't free hot dogs for everyone! Life is good with a smooth stay!
