Residence Inn by Marriott Colorado Springs South

We had an extended stay here for about 2.5 months due to an issue with our home and really enjoyed our time here. Red, Matt, Antoine, Cody, and the rest of the staff were so wonderful and treated us with such kindness. They really helped make our time away from home special and comfortable. They treated our pup Daisy so kindly too. Red even went as far as to give her some gifts, and always made sure to come say hi to her. Being displaced is never easy but the team at Residence Inn went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I’d recommend this location to anyone and we’ll certainly be back to pay everyone a visit!

Our stay was fine, but we were charged $10 per night for parking and were not made aware of these charges until after we checked out

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel has a welcoming outdoor fire pit, nice common areas, and is in a very convenient location. What makes this hotel extraordinary is its staff. Upon the manager hearing that we were in town for my mother's funeral service, we received a flower bouquet and sympathy card from the Residence Inn staff. That level of caring and thoughtfulness is truly exceptional.

Booked 20 minutes before arrival. This is one of the nicer Residence Inns we’ve stayed in. Very well maintained, beautiful grounds, breakfast was perfect, room was perfect. We would definitely stay here again when we travel to the area.

We had a great time and wished that we could have stayed another few nights. We were all in TOTAL AWE with their team member Red; what a lovely, caring human being. Nothing was too much for her, and she always had a huge smile on her face, and she made our stay even more wonderful. Give her a raise, please, as we have never experienced such great service anywhere in the world where we have stayed. A huge shout out also to Lauren and Cody (on his first day), who were also super friendly, and helpful. Thanks folks, very much appreciated by our family over the Thanksgiving weekend.
