Residence Inn by Marriott Colorado Springs First & Main

I stayed here with a family member and pet for two weeks while a family member was hospitalized. The staff members were all very kind, especially Judy, and they went out of their way to anticipate and accommodate our needs. The room was spacious, the breakfasts were incredible, and I am returning soon. Excellent experience. Update: I stayed here four times this year and strongly recommend this location.

Although I only live about 30 minutes away, I decided to stay here because it was a super busy few days with late nights. It was perfect! My room was clean, the staff was friendly, and I was able to get to work in less than 5 minutes, su able to sleep in just a little. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time at your hotel! The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming, always smiling and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate (kudos to the cleaning staff) and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. Can’t wait to come back!

I arrived for a scheduled two-night stay only to be informed at the front desk that I did not have a room. There was no phone call, no email, and no prior notice of any issue. Instead, I was handed a bottle of water and a mini bag of Cheetos as a “gesture of goodwill” and redirected to a sister property—a non-Marriott property that smelled strongly of smoke and had a non-functional elevator. If you’re expecting even basic customer service or proactive communication, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Great hotel. I am staying here for work. Good options for breakfast. AC and heat work. Good sized desk work on as well. They have a nice couch in the rooms with a dining table. Love that it has a bigger fridge ans freezer and 2 burner stove. Staff has been very nice and pleasant. This place has a guest laundry room, gym and pool. Great place to stay.
