Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Norwood/Canton

We stayed 12/23/25-12/28/25. Our room was clean, spacious. We were greeted with smiles and a “gift bag”. Ample parking. Mimi, Odalys, and Rachel were super friendly, helpful, and just so very pleasant. This is our second stay in a few months here and we will definitely be coming back. Nice variety for breakfast, always hot. We highly recommend this particular hotel!!!

The staff was excellent and helped make my stay an enjoyable one. They said hello or good morning every time I walked past the front desk and asked me if I needed a bottle of water or anything for my room. They also went out of the way to compliment me on my suit as I left on the first day, for a business meeting. The room was clean as well as the rest of the hotel. The gym was nice and clean as well. I wish it was a little bigger with some more weights and machines but it was more than enough to get in a good workout.

Not sure why alot of reviews are bad. Rooms were clean, staff incredible and breakfast was fabulous. I would definitely stay here again. Pool not open but they are doing a major renovation.

Convenient location. Suite was spacious, loved having 2BR with 2bath and kitchenette. Beds comfortable, lighting was good. Room location was quiet so sleeping was easy at night. Finding parking was not a problem when we arrived late at night.||Quality and cleanliness was not worth the price they charge though. Drawer knobs missing or mismatched, torn carpet, what appeared to be black mold on bedroom ceiling, someone else’s fingerprints on tv screen, shower curtain that was too long and thick for tub.|When checking out I was asked if an email receipt was acceptable, not usually a problem so I agreed to it. When I checked my email the receipt included an address in a different state next to my name instead of my address, said I was there for a concert which I was not and had absolutely no it

We’re local residents and stayed at this hotel for three nights due to construction at our home. We chose it based on my parents’ positive experience during a previous extended stay — unfortunately, ours was nothing like theirs. Our room was not cleaned on the second day. We made multiple in-person requests to the front desk, and again the following day — yet housekeeping never came. To make matters worse, we discovered a mouse in our room the same evening (8/1/2025). It ran across the living room area and under the couch. We immediately reported it to the front desk and were moved to a different room — but this was close to midnight, and we had two small children with us. It was an incredibly stressful and upsetting experience. We’ll be formally requesting a refund for the stay. Betwee
