Four Points by Sheraton Norwood

Hotel - Awesome! Pool - Awesome! Really nice and big. The layout and exposed beams are gorgeous. Heated very well too. Hot Tub - Amazing! My 6 year old loves them and this is a good one. Staff - Great! Especially Lynda at the front desk. A real sweetheart. But every single person we interacted with was so nice and genuine. One Bistro - tasty! Little pricey but the burger was delicious and very good fries. Literally one of our favorite hotel experiences ever. We definitely we'll be coming back.

This is my second time in this hotel with my wife, very nice to be back there. The receptionists are very attentive. I thank everyone there for their attention. Great location. Easy check-in effort with friendly staff. Room was clean and well-maintained.The experience at this establishment surpassed all our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with an amazing atmosphere and warm hospitality. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our every need was met. I attended a 3 day conference here which I do annually. The food was very good during provided lunches. The rooms are clean and fresh. I like the restocking of bottled water and coffee maker in the room each day. I have not had any problems here in the past 4 years I've stayed

Cozy room with a very comfortable bed. The staff were fantastic! From the moment I checked in, they were just wonderful. I didn’t get an opportunity to try the restaurant or experience the breakfast—which I heard was very good. I will be certain to do those things the next time I stay at this hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here and look forward to returning!

Our company had an offsite meeting, and it was a fantastic experience. The room was perfect, everything we needed - whiteboards, easy to connect to the TV. Super clean and new feeling. They had an area very close by with snacks, coffee and beverages all day, from breakfast to afternoon cookies and cakes and other treats. Lunch was part of the package in their restaurant, buffet style and it was quite good. Felt very organized. A staff member checked in on us multiple times.
