Check-in was a breeze, and every member of the staff was incredibly friendly. The room was spotless, modern, and beautifully furnished with high-quality appliances. The highlight of our stay was breakfast—not just because of the excellent food, but because the staff made us feel like part of their family. Melanie, in particular, was outstanding. She’s a truly kind and genuine person who went above and beyond, offering wonderful tips on what to do in Boston. My wife is already asking when we can return just to see Melanie again! As someone who travels often, I can confidently say this hotel stands out above the rest. It’s the people who make it exceptional.

The Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Logan Airport/Chelsea really left a great impression on me. The area is convenient, safe, and close to everything, making it a smart choice for travelers who want to be near the airport without sacrificing comfort. The front desk staff was slammed when I arrived due to cancelled flights, but they handled the stress with patience and professionalism while still acknowledging every guest. That level of composure says a lot about the team. The hotel is actually the Fairfield Inn and Residence Inn combined, but my stay was on the Residence Inn side. My room had a full kitchen, a large bed, a great bathroom setup, and fast wireless internet. Midway through my stay, I realized how quiet and comfortable it was, which made it easy to get work done and relax. I

The room is spacious but rather dated. The sink stopper in my room was not working and I had to get a can opener to force it open. The shower sprinkler was not in the best conditions causing water to spatter instead of free flowing. The floor seems to be thin with walking sounds from the neighbours above, constantly heard in the middle of the night, disrupting my sleep as I’m a light sleeper. The commuter rail train is pretty annoying with the loud horn.Breakfast was great though with a balance spread. Staff were quick to replenish food whenever they ran out. Counter staff were polite.Location is reasonably close to Downtown with the silver line bus SL3 and commuter rail.

Wonderful stay! The room were spacious, bed and pillows are perfect. Everything was very clean. What made this stay beyond expectational Was the staff. Melanie was there at breakfast time, she is friendly makes you feel like you’ve known her for years. I feel like I’ve made a new friend. She was there for anything you needed, even a good chat. Her customer service skills are incredible and I will come back because of her. The breakfast was delicious, well done to all the staff! Thank you Marriott, well done!

We stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Logan Airport / Chelsea and enjoyed our time here. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a small kitchen and sitting area — ideal for a longer stay. The staff were excellent – always friendly, helpful, and professional. Breakfast was good, with a solid selection of hot and cold items that did not change over our stay. The hotel is located a bit outside of downtown Boston, but getting into the city is easy. The Silver Line SL3 bus stops nearby and takes around 35–45 minutes to reach South Station. It’s a convenient and inexpensive way to get around. One thing to note: restaurants within walking distance are limited and mostly fast food or take-out options, so if you’re staying longer, you might want to explore dining o
