Residence Inn by Marriott Atlantic City Airport Egg Harbor Township

I had a great stay at the Residence Inn® Atlantic City Airport Egg Harbor Township from January 19-25 The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a spacious room that felt like home. Umar Mughal truly made the experience smooth and easy—his professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail stood out. Any needs or questions were handled quickly and pleasantly. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

I stayed here from 2/1 to 2/7. On the morning of 2/2, I complained to the front desk about my shower holding water. I showered that night, and much to my surprise, the issue hadn’t changed a bit. I complained again, and surprise surprise, nothing changed after the second complaint. I also utilized the dishwasher which did not work whatsoever (see pictures - this is after running TWO cycles!). The gym was decent, however smelled too much like very chlorinated pool water and was very humid. Additionally, the pool was closed the entire week. I was also disappointed in the parking lot conditions, which had barely been cleared and were very slippery without any salt having been applied. Most likely won’t stay here again for my business travel.

We had a great stay and our room appeared to have been recently renovated. The location is very convenient yet quiet despite being close to highways. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The staff was very kind and helpful during our stay. I was skeptical about staying here after reading mixed reviews online but I would definitely consider staying here again. Overall we had a great stay that exceeded expectations.||There were a few things that could have been better|- We could not connect to the WIFI|- The walk-in shower seemed small|- The complimentary breakfast was good but not great. The food area seemed too small for the amount of guests having breakfast and there was a constant line for the waffle maker

Positive: Nice, well appointed rooms Negative: The sheets on the bed did not smell clean or fresh (rather musty). The TV was not working and would not allow the channels to be changed by the remote. The bread(s) at the breakfast bar were very stale.

We stayed at a Residence Inn the weekend before in Lynchburg and this one was so much better. From the moment you walk in the door, beautifully decorated for Christmas, an inviting lounge area with a fire place, very clean. Had a station for hot chocolate with marshmallows and whipped cream. Our room was a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite with plenty of room for the 2 of us and my granddaughter came and spent some time with us playing games and opening Christmas presents. Definitely worth the visit. The only slightly downside was the long walk from our room to the elevator. But that might be why it was so quiet where we were. We were over looking Fire road but it is was still very quiet. Would definitely stay again!
