Atlantic Gardens Park

Please refrain from renting or buying a mobile home from here. The manager Yull harasses residents, curses at guest you have at your home for parking a millimeter on the grass, becomes irate and swings his phone inn your face. The only GOOD review on here is from the manager YULL himself.

This is a mobil home community. Lived there for two years. Worst place ever. Management is in another state who doesn't care tenants at all. They only want your money, however they can, including charging you fees for not cutting grass, but don't tell you where. Property manager is one of the tenants too. Don't have any training. Can't find at all. They only look for trouble for you. Hard to get out, cause they were giving you the hardest time including you have to clean up everything, and won't let you sell until you do what they say. Worst place ever. If any questions, can't reach the management office or the manager.

Owner/manager is racist and harrasses tenants. Spys on your company, who comes in and out of your home and who is parked on front of your home. Although place is nicer thsn years ago STAY AWAY!! I'm selling my home now to get out of here

Great place to live, has changed a lot and family and pet friendly. Everyone knows everybody that lives here. Great for walking around the park to exercise. Always new homes coming in. Very convenient to everything around this park, ShopRite right up the Black horse Pike bus route right on Black horse Pike the tilton road shuttle on tilton road then you have packing mail self storage places Police athletic league rental country right across the street. Lowe's home Depot McDonald's Burger King everything that's convenient for someone who has to catch a bus or shuttle to go somewhere. Restaurants pizza places and more everything you could want within a few miles of the park. Garden State parkway Atlantic City expressway less than a mile away you're on and off right to the park. For a trailer park, it's ridiculous getting denied for having no credit not bad credit. They also deny you for lack of work history for getting laid off due to COVID-19. It's a trailer not the Ritz Carlton!
