Customer Reviews
We enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful furnishings and wonderful view of the surrounding area. Kaitlyn and Ezekiel were wonderful and suggested some great nearby eateries and nightlife. The surrounding area to the left of the building was a little shady but I would absolutely stay here again!
OK, the reviews are super polarizing on this place, so I wanted to weigh in. First, Jordan and Jayson made my stay wonderful - very polite and professional staff. Yes, the immediate neighborhood is a bit rough. I'm a business traveler, and I had no issues walking around the hotel, and using a PIN to enter the lobby and get to my room. There are yuppie / trendy coffee shops and restaurants mere blocks away, so it is not much different that many DC neighborhoods. Next, my apartment had a gum wrapper on the floor in the corner, but that. was. it. Otherwise, spotless clean, very large and spacious, all the amenities, comfortable , nice gym with a Peloton in the basement, and no WiFi issues. Note: Street parking only. I thought it was great value, and I'd stay again.
Amazing space, one bedroom apt was very spacious in addition to living room. The washer and dryer were definitely a plus! The neighborhood is sketchy but that’s expected in downtown dc. Parking can get a little crazy but I managed to find safe parking on the side street the entire week we stayed. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay again!
The apartment was immaculate beautiful spacious had all of the comforts of home, just beautiful. The apartment has a refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, tea, and bottles of water. All the supplies in the apartment that make it feel like home . The bed was clean and comfortable, a spacious king size bed. The staff members were beyond fabulous and very helpful. I will definitely be back here again.
I spent 5 days here. First warning is that it is in a horrible, dirty and unsafe area to choose to stay. Human feces in the sidewalk, approached multiple times by drug addled people who became angry after I bought them a soda as requested. The rooms are generally nice and clean, and A/C works well. They are studio apartments , complete with full mini -kitchen, washer -dryer and a nice tub. There are few facilities, with no restaurant, convenience store , or even a lobby. If you want to sit with other guests, there is a tiny table and 2.run down chairs in the room. So this means you are forced to endure the street area to find absolutely anything. Don't expect any service during your stay.either. You are given 2 towels to last until you beg for more. I asked to have my room serviced after
