Reno Suites

I was a female traveling alone and wanted a place I could feel safe. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, I felt safe in the hotel, and the front counter people were very nice. I would have given all 5 stars except that parking is in a parking garage across the street and I wouldn't have been comfortable walking to and from it after dark. I also don't like downtown areas in cities or being around casinos. However, those who would like these things would probably love the location.

My experience at Reno Suites was actually nice! very straight forward with their advertised rates, and none of the BS hidden hospitality or hotel fees. Strong internet connection while in room. Nice and clean rooms. View from room was not important for me so I will not rate anything there. Front desk staff is very professional and friendly. I felt very at ease as there is 24/7 Hotel security that roams the hotel and station at front entrances. Housekeeping is by request only, but they do a great job in tidy up room when requested. There is a lot of things availble within walking distance, Food, stores, and the casinos. Parking is free, but located across the street from Hotel. not a big deal. I am very happy and pleased with the room rate for this hotel!

Fantastic little hotel for the price and right in the heart of downtown. Rooms are well made and very clean with a nice sitting area by the huge window. Nice tile and stone countertops in the bathroom. Feels a little luxurious for the price, and no hidden resort fees. Check in is super fast and courteous. Ask for a luggage cart if you are bringing multiple bags. They do have them but aren't always out in the lobby.

Great value! Right across the street from Cal Neva and 2 blocks away from where my son got married at, I was really surprised that I liked this place. Rooms are comfy, the staff are amazingly friendly, and the elevators work awesome. The prices of the snacks near the front desk are such a value. Zero smell of smoke anywhere in the hotel, which you normally would smell if you stayed at a casino hotel. I would stay here again.

Very friendly staff at counter. The room was nice. Was advised no room cleaning unless we request it. That is very fine with me as I prefer no service on short stays. Very close to just about anything: casinos, river walk, coffee. But we chose not to walk around after dark. Would stay here again.
