I was really disappointed with my recent stay. For a property charging around $400 per night, I expected a much higher level of attention to guest experience and basic hospitality standards. The bar area is clearly understaffed, though it is important to note this is not a reflection on the bartenders themselves. They were working hard and remained professional, but service took an extremely long time simply because there were not enough people scheduled to support the volume of guests. The food and main restaurant feel like an afterthought rather than a core part of the guest experience. There were no grab and go breakfast options such as yogurt, protein shakes, or even basic fresh fruit. Coffee service was very basic and did not even include non dairy creamer options, which feels like

Great location, right off the highway, plenty of shops and restaurants right outside the door, free self parking under the hotel with plenty of EV chargers. Area and parking garage is clean and seems safe. Hotel is clean, they have a restaurant on sight and bar open until late. Check in/out was super quick and staff was pleasant to work with. Will come here again!

We enjoyed our stay here after a long night of being part of a wedding but my company was also the entertainment that was brought in so it was half fun, half work. For the price this hotel charges to stay to sleep I was expecting a wow factor when I walked in. Very basic hotel room. Only thing cool was a tv in our bathroom mirror and jets in the shower. Simple room that in my opinion was average. They should at least include free breakfast. We got the wedding blocked room rate which was still kind of pricey for only sleeping in there 3am-11am. Would never have paid the full price the website shows. Staff was great, able to check in early since the room was ready and it was very clean. Overall good experience just some things to consider. We only used it to sleep so maybe if we had more tim

My husband and I have had a lovely time staying for our 11th anniversary. I'm actually writing this from our hotel room, we've had such a lovely time. From the front desk to the room service, everybody we interacted with was incredibly happy to help and offered all the hotel's services with a smile. When we ordered room service for a nightcap, the employee Tessa was incredibly kind to us upon delivering our drinks and snack. When we mentioned it was our anniversary, she congratulated us and left for a while- only to return with champagne a little bit later! She truly made our night, and we appreciate the kindness on her part deeply. The hotel connects to a restaurant nextdoor called Leo's, and the convenience of that was wonderful. We didn't have a chance to try the in-hotel restaurant pa

Prime location! Check-in was a breeze and they even gave mini bottles of bubbly for guests for Valentines. The rooms are nice but dated. The TV has Pandora on it if that tells you how old it is. When we entered our room the comforter was very wrinkly you could tell they did not change the sheets. Hair was found between the pillows. The fabrics themselves were very rough and not comfortable. For the price of the hotel you would expect nicer linens, but I’ve felt nicer ones at the basic Hiltons I stay at. Breakfast is not included and I believe it’s $18 a person. We did not stay for breakfast. Overall, I’m glad I can cross this hotel off my list but I wouldn’t go out of my way to book again.
