Renaissance Boca Raton Hotel

Had a great time and will absolutely be returning to this property. I have not been able to stop talking about my experience. I have to say I have travels rathe extensively in my lifetime and have stayed at very exclusive places but the fact this property was so CLEAN impressed me and then the pool was clean - I have stayed at hotels and resorts that the pool was disgusting and not maintained, not here!! This place had a crystal clear pool and the food I ordered was off the chart!! It was delicious!! The staff was beyond professional and attentive to every need. Christina was amazing. I would never stay at this hotel again. For $400 a night it was so not worth it. This hotel calls itself a resort like environment- nope- not even close. Here are a list of all the issues (I stayed Feb 26 and 27th, 2026) Room 230 There’s no alarm clock The USB ports were not functional The air conditioner was very noisy The smoke alarm in the hallway out side the room beeped all night as if the batteries needed changing (that’s comforting)( I took a video) The comforter was more like a sheet and not warm at all not to mention filthy! Is there wifi here? No one said and there was no password given The tv guide on the tv is incorrect The bar and restaurant are not part of the hotel- which is fine but that needs to be better advertised

Positive: This location was perfect and the pool area is lovely. Negative: Bathroom was crowded the way the door opened. Door was noisy when closing. HVAC could be noisy at times.

We stayed one night while in town for an end of year work celebration. As Bonvoy Elite members, we were given a room on the 5th floor with access to the lounge. We were not aware this was a perk - it wasn't mentioned during check in, we just stumbled upon it. Refreshments were available 24/7 and a very nice breakfast spread was put out in the morning. The lounge staff did a fabulous job setting this up and keeping it clean. There were so many options to choose from. My only complaint was powdered eggs - this was not on par with the rest of the spread.||The room was clean and well appointed. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable and we had a nice view of the pool. The bathroom was small and the bathroom door could have used a good wipe down on both sides.||At about 3:30AM I heard a beep

Our first time in Boca and the weather sort of ruined our pool and beach plans, but Christina Cox Henry more than made up for the lack of warm weather with her outstanding service and friendly reception. She was so accommodating, consistent and great at handling any questions. The Marriott lines over the phone was frustrating but when we arrived, Christina handled everything, above and beyond my expectations. She was particularly sweet to my little son and he misses her. When we come back, we will stay at Renaissance Marriott because of Christina!! :) The cleaning staff were also sweet and the meat market is delish.
