Regency Inn

Me my husband & little dog Stayed in room 130 Dec 25-27.Room was clean t.v did not work right but was replaced right away.The outside was kept clean & well lit at night.There is a nice area not far to walk your dog. The owner is veary sweet and makes sure you have every thing you need. was quit relaxing we will stay there again.||the staff was all so veary nice.

My family and I stayed at this motel, a few years ago, for about 4 days. I remembered it to be fairly decent and inexpensive. On Saturday Feb.23,2013 my 3 children and I were searching for a motel in Ukiah.(There on an overnight pleasure trip). We came to the Regency and recognized it so we decided to stay there. The innkeeper was kind and tried to be helpful. The first room had no telephone,no microwave and was very dirty!! Sheets were stained and full of hair! They looked to be unchanged from the previous guest!!! There was hair and dirt all over the bathroom floor and in the tub!! We were unable to access the internet while on the premises.( although the FBI surveillance van's wifi showed on my laptop!!) I complained to the innkeeper and was put in a different room that seemed better th

Celeste was amazing to my family! We didn't know where we were going to go with our kids and she found a way to make us feel welcomed and very comfortable. It's not a home of our own, but at least we're under a roof and have a wonderful landlady :)

Celeste was wonderful. My room was clean and well kept. Would definitely stay again. Any questions I had about the area were answered with friendliness and courtesy by Celeste. Very nice place. I stayed for a little over a week and never had any problems.

I stayed for a while here with my children while waiting on my house at first she was the best manager ever but than I noticed she was very bipolar one min she loved my kids the next she would yell at them. And my understanding is you can't tell people other guests business but the way she talked about the other guest was sick. For example a man had a seizure and she called his boss the next day and got the man fired saying he was on drugs just because the guy would stand up to her. And when we first moved here there was dog fesies and urine in the closet and my baby got electrocuted on one of the wires but when we would have a complaint she would make up some reason why it was your fault. So all in all if you don't tell her your business she puts you through hell and right when you pay yo
