Regency Inn Express

Stayed here before my flight back, well recommended and value for money. Really nice friendly staff. Will be staying again when I fly from Nashville. Some rooms are being remodelled. Considering it is at the back of the airport I slept like a log on their comfy beds.||||Thanks

My girlfriend stayed here for about 2 weeks and the room that she had was big and with a king sized bed. There weekly rates was the best that she has had to pay compared to the previous extended stay hotels she has been in. The only thing that i can say that kinda was eh about it the heat was iffy but the room stayed warm and comfy if you dont just sit with the door open.

The Regency Inn is a very quaint little place very close to my house. It's a nice place to get away for a night or 2. Very quiet, no drug activity or riff raff wandering around. I absolutely love the 2 ladies that work the front desk. Only negative about the Regency is it is in desperate need of a makeover.

Local resident motel that should probably be torn down and rebuild or atleast turned to a good parking lot. The people here are the residents who for whatever reason can't rent. It's seedy, Dated and run down. It's even on a dead-end road with no traffic. Unless you have to stay away

My husband and I travel to Nashville on a regular basis for business. The place we normally stay was booked, so we booked Regency for the evening. This place sets in a "seedy" part of town. It is dark and dirty. If we hadn't been so tired, we would have left even before we entered our room. The room was horrendous. There were no blankets on the beds, holes in the sheets, and a spring coming through the side of the mattress. The mirror had some kind of "funk" all around the edge and I was frightened to step into the shower. My husband found a condom wrapper on one of the shelves. There was a large pipe coming out of the wall in the bathroom and the carpet was just nasty. We couldn't wait to leave and felt like we needed to go through a decontamination booth when we left.
