Regal Palms Resort

It’s gated which offers that extra bit of safety which is nice. No Time Share Sellers approached us to spoil it. Nice area with restaurants and groceries nearby. Checkin was quick. They do have a lot of rules such as park on as much as a blade of grass and you get towed, must present towel cards at the pool and if lost are $10 each. Convenient parking directly outside the door to your villa.|Our 3 bedroom suite was large with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, kitchen, dining area, living room and toilet/ laundry room downstairs. The maintenance man said our villa had sat empty for a while and there were signs of that. We had a sweeper with us as we were on an extended stay in Florida. We filled the sweeper canister full 4 times on the first day. Many of the dishes had dried food

We did a ton of research on this place and found nothing but great amazing things being said…. We found out ourselves this is 100% true. My wife and I stayed in one of the townhomes by ourselves - while we met with a realtor to look at and potentially buy a home here in the near future. This place exceeded our expectations. The staff the houses and maintenance are all so nice and great. I highly recommend staying here in a house or even the in-law suite room they have in the houses. Perfect. Plenty of room for a nice sized family and all of the houses we saw were very organized clean and nicely decorated with Disney themes. You will love it here like we did.

Went to your and thought it was a lovely place. Rooms were spacious and the pools. Yes multiple pools and lazy river is gorgeous. Did not really use the services but the staff were welcoming and super nice

Six of us four adults and two children stayed for 7 days at Regal Palms Resort. Pool area was very nice - clean, lovely landscaping, heated pool, lazy river and a water slide. We loved it. The housing was older and showing wear. The beds were very comfortable and everything worked but it was not as clean as it could have been. The upstairs needs a better vacuum and there was not vacuum in the unit. There was mold around the sink in the kitchen and the rims of the toilets. The refrigerator had an ice dispenser which we appreciated. We would stay there again but hope the unit would be cleaner. It was about a 45 minute drive from the Orlando airport in good traffic conditions.

We recently stayed at this resort in Davenport, Florida. The location was definitely a plus—only about 30 minutes from Disney, which made getting to the parks very convenient. The resort itself has a nice pool and a few amenities, and the 4-bedroom layout offered plenty of space for our family.||||Unfortunately, the cleanliness of our unit really took away from the experience. The ceiling fans had thick layers of dust, which made it clear they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The showers had hair on the walls, again giving the impression that no one had properly cleaned before our arrival. Even the couches had a strong cleaning chemical smell when you sat on them, which wasn’t pleasant.||||Overall, while the size and location were great, the poor cleanliness overshadowed everything else
