Regal Inn

Rude front desk. Rooms not cleaned good. Only good if you have a limited money and need a place to sleep in the week day weekend prices are to high for that place

Arrived and put in dirty room. Moved to another room with spider. Only local cable service. Problem with wifi. Ask for extra towels and ask for dirty ones and only given two for four people. Blow dryer didn't work. Pool nasty!!!! Problems with toilet flushing. Have to pay for breakfast. Hotel over all over rated and priced.

Stayed here several years ago and I must say every renovation was well needed. The rooms are completely different me and my family stayed for 2 weeks due to waiting on our house to get ready and they wanted to clean behind us daily . The hotel staff don’t speak much English so just actually listen they are trying , don’t be rude they are really nice and good people. Teach them a word . Any problems the owners fix right away! They have renovated a lot of rooms

I’ve been staying at regal inn regularly since arriving to TN. I’ve been adjusting to this move which has been HARD but the manager has been nothing short of flexible, kind and understanding. The hourly rates are helpful if struggling to pay full price or maybe not considering staying the entire time. Manager is approachable and the housekeeping is on top of maintaining the rooms during our stay to keep fresh and clean.

It was a quick and easy book The room smelled good but they used way to much air freshener. It was A weird orange citrus smell. I’m sensitive to fragrance so this may not bother you. Furniture was dated and had cigarette burns all over it. Holes where in the sheets but they seemed clean. Towels were worn yellow. Maybe a little bleach would fix that. The neon lights were a nice surprise. Mirror on the ceiling over the bed was a plus. They also had good cable. All this place really needs is a fresh coat of paint And some new furniture then they’ll be 5 stars easy.
