Customer Reviews
Positive: Location to the event we came for. Room size was good. Staff that cleaned our room was great. They were friendly and they did a good job. Negative: Absolutely!! Overall cleanliness, room-musty carpet, slanting floor, thin walls, breakfast-lacking items food not fresh, dirty and trash overflowing, front desk attendant clearly had no concern about kind respectable customer care, felt very unwelcome.
i had to check out after less than 2 hours after sitting down and seeing PUBIC hair on my bed. i tried to ignore all of the other red flags but felt so uncomfortable i couldn’t stay. i did not feel safe. i saw what looks like blood on the chairs. multiple concerning stains. not to mention the genuinely nauseating smell. they tried to refuse giving me a refund since i had “been there over an hour” (the only reason i was there that long is the vending machine wasn’t working so i had to go to a store to buy water) and because i used the sink to wash my hands. this place is a health and safety hazard and needs to be redone or shut down.
Husband, daughter and myself stayed at this location for 2 weeks. The beds are clean and comfy but everything else in the rooms appears very dirty. Due to us being tight on money we stayed, but we did have to switch rooms twice. Once for a leak and once due to mold in fridge, and extremely dirty room. Each room we stayed in has lots of build up dirt, dust and crumbs on the sides of the side tables between bed and floor like it hadent been wiped down or vacuumed in that area in months. While animals are free they have mandatory daily house cleaning but all that seems to be done is the beds, trash cans and towels. If I have to leave for house cleaning I’d like to have a proper cleaned room when I get back given I can simply make the bed on my own. The rooms never got vacuumed, I made my who
The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. People were nice. Great location for visiting Savannah. This was a lovely stay if traveling with your furry friend!
I did not feel safe or comfortable during my stay. I arrived very late (around 2:00 a.m.) with my child, and the hallway and room smelled strongly of marijuana, even though the hotel states that smoking is prohibited. There was also a dog in the neighboring room that barked constantly, despite pets supposedly not being allowed. Because of this environment, I did not feel secure staying there with my child and was unable to rest at all. This was very disappointing and not the experience I expected. I would not recommend this hotel to families or anyone looking for a quiet and safe place to stay. I’m Diana Solano
