My stay at this hotel was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed with their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. Ok place to stay for a quick stop before catching a flight. Bed was fluffy and comfortable. Working hot shower. I do find Red Roof’s dark burgundy decor a little depressing. However, the pool was great for a quick evening swim. Was grateful they had a coffee station in the morning. Parking included.

Positive: The staff tried to be helpful. Negative: If you have a pet, they place you on the side of the hotel where people actually live. It is run down, dirty, loud, and smells of weed and cigarettes. Their response to the smell is they can't really do anything about it. They keep the side door unlocked

5/5 Excellent I paid $63 and change for Saturday night. Everything seems to work and look professionally so that's why I'm giving it five stars. It is very good for the price. I asked the front desk for change of five dollars into quarters for guest laundry and he said he doesn't have such change and that's why the service is four out of five or otherwise it would be perfect. No biggie!!

No daily clean up of room for the four days of our stay.. No ice containers or cups. Took 4 days to get them. No daily towel exchange even when towels were left out to be exchanged. Floors were damaged. Poor customer service when questioned regarding aforementioned issues. No resolve related to issues neither. Horrible experience. Never again will we EVER pay for bad service and a bad experience throughout our stay at this hotel.
