Called tonight (FEB 25 @8:47PM) about a $3.20 deposit charge. The front desk lady rudely answered the phone & said I should have requested the deposit back when I checked out. I said I did and she responded with “Okay” and hanged up the phone. I called back right away & nobody is picking up the phone. It might not be a big amount, but every dollar counts especially in this economy. I have never been treated with such unprofessionalism in any hotels I’ve stayed in. I hope management sees this review & take action on re-training staff on how they should treat their guests in-person or on the phone.

All the reviews about this place being dirty and a drug motel are absolutely correct. My mother and I stayed there for 2 nights when my nephew was graduating because the price was decent and it's close to the convention center in Raleigh. I would warn anyone looking at this place to think twice. Although the staff were exceptional, we found a syringe in the stairwell, the whole hotel smelled of weed, cigarettes, mold and mildew, especially on the top floors. The Raleigh police were constantly patrolling the parking lot. There was thumping and noises all hours of the night. I heard yelling and screaming in the parking lot the first night we were there. I have been coming to this hotel since 2011, and no matter how much time passes or who checks me in, I always have a wonderful experience. On my recent trip, Bree made my stay especially enjoyable and handled my reservation process with ease. Whenever I had a question or issue, she ensured it was resolved right away or made certain it never disrupted my daily errands or events. Bree truly represents the standard of excellence and great hospitality.

My stay was definitely not what I expected. The front desk person I spoke with was trying to cancel my reservation saying my points were not paying for my room and she would have to cancel my reservation, and I would have to pay for my room out of pocket. I called the customer service and spoke with someone and he told me that wasnt true because my reservation was still in her system and not automatically canceled. So he reached out to the hotel and I was finally able to check in. Not only this, the customer service was horrible. We did not get greeted, coming or leaving.
