You get what you pay for for sure! I'm not sure what the "plus" is about. The rooms are advertised as new but there is no way. New flooring and a bad paint job is the idea of new. My room was not very clean, I skipped my shower. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. Although I did survive the stay. The bed was clean except for the big yellow spot on the top of the blanket. The bed was not great but I slept in worse beds. The location was convenient. The young lady that checked me in was very nice and helped me with the tv remote that didn't work at first. Would I shout, do not stay here? Maybe not but you definitely have to remember what you are paying for!

was a really nice room. The checkin lady was very helpful and kind. we will definitely be coming again the next time we come to stay the night in pittsburgh. It was vey close to where our son is living and where we were going. very close to multiple restaurants

The room was cleaner than the last room I stayed in here. The air conditioner kept turning off throughout the night. The fridge was smaller in person than pictured online. But for the price it was worth it. I didn’t like how the deposit was more than the price of the room itself .

I had a reservation for one night as I was attending a conference. Desk staff greeted me with a smile. I received my room key and went to the room. The room was warm and spacious. I appreciated the warmth- it was chilly outside. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The room was quiet.

The woman was very helpful. Everything else was the worst experience I have ever had. I am writing this at 2 am because I am here and awake. There is dirt and dust everywhere, with trash under the bed, stained sheets, hair and just smelly and filthy. The fridge and microwave are dirty. Paint is peeling off everywhere. Outdated, a light is burnt out. This place boasts new and updated rooms. False advertising. Noisy. I feel very unsafe here. My key didn't work. She got me a new one. The girl told me it de-magnitizes if it's near my cell phone. I would like a full refund. You have had horrible reviews for months now and you have promised to fix things. NOT FIXED. RUN- DON'T WALK! STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!! I was afraid to even take a shower here and the toilet wasn't workin
