Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pittsburgh - Monroeville by IHG

Had a fantastic stay here. The room was ready early and was very clean. The whole place looks new and neat. And all the staff that I interacted with were all really nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too. They had a good variety and plenty of space to sit and enjoy your breakfast. This will be my first choice the next time I stay in the area.

This is a lovely, clean, newer hotel. The staff at checkin was friendly and accommodating. ||When checking in I asked to be assigned a quiet room. My husband and I are light sleepers - and use earplugs when we travel but asking to be in quieter hotels seems to help a great deal. I was grateful that reception agreed to move us from our assigned room (adjacent to the elevator) to one at the end of the hall. I'm sure it helped. |But the road noise out front was quite loud and kept us up much of the night. It is 5:00 am now, as I write this. The last three nights we've stayed at three separate Hilton Garden Inns without experiencing this issue. This hotel design isn't insulated well from exterior noise. |The property is lovely. This is a very clean hotel with a great location. The rooms are spacious and have a small refrigerator, microwave, and keurig coffee maker. There is also a large screen tv. The bathroom was very clean with plenty of towels and hot water. There was also a hair dryer (no need to pack one). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and fitness center were great amenities. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

It’s a nice hotel. Everything was on par with Holiday Inn Standards. Clean lobby, friendly staff, and spacious rooms. The beds could have been more comfortable, but this is only opinion and not an observation of truth.

Looks clean and tidy. . Just checked in and the front desk lady was friendly. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Willl need to experience the breakfast tomorrow. Location is awesome.
