Upon check in, I got a text asking my rating on the hotel. I gave it a five as a staff Member was very friendly at the front desk And at a glance, my room was clean, although it smelled a bit like Clorox. But that didn’t matter too much to me. However, that night at 1 o’clock or so in the morning, I woke up asI felt something crawling on my neck. Got up, looked in the mirror didn’t see anything. came back to bed and saw a tiny dark spot on my pillowcase. I looked at it and it started moving. It was a bed bug and upon examination of the rest of the bed, I found More bedbugs. Contacted the front desk. They changed me to another room which they call a premium deluxe room. It’s a dump. Nastiest motel I've ever had the displeasure of walking into. The grounds were dirty. Walked into the room and it smelt of pet urine. The bed had old c u m stains on the comforter and pubic hairs in the sheets. The ac did not work either. We packed up and left. We reached out for a refund with no help. If you value your health just keep on moving and do not turn into the property. Terrible service, terrible room, terrible clientele.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The pictures online are not what you will walk in to. Our original room had cockroaches in the bathroom. Went to the front desk to see what our options were and got moved to a different room. No bugs in that room but both rooms smell HEAVILY of bleach. The furniture is all ripped/stained, and the housekeeping team, if they actually have one, doesnt know how to thoroughly clean. Our second room had a pair of crusty underwear behind the nightstand, and the bed is not moved to clean underneath or behind it, whatsoever. I understand this was a "budget" option for lodging, but that should not mean you have to stay with filth and bugs. 0/10 recommendation.

It was okay at best. We arrived and were given a room that was not clean. It smelled of weed and just smelled down right dirty. When we asked them to go in and clean it so we could still stay, the guy at the front desk had the nerve to tell the girl working with him to “go in and spray febreeze” instead of cleaning it. I outright refused and demanded a good thorough cleaning. When they seemed inconvenienced with that, they gave me a different room instead. The second room was cleaner and in much better condition. Even the bed seemed more comfortable. We grabbed a last minute room because nowhere else seemed to have an availability, so I understood we weren’t going to have a GREAT experience. But we were not going to stay in a dirty room and have a terrible experience either.
