Red Roof PLUS+ Nashville Airport

I’ve been staying at this property for over a year off and on never been disappointed! They have some newer staff members that are excellent Lynn (check spelling) the new 2nd/3rd guy is amazing! He is cool, very polite and will help the best he can!! Keep up the good work!

Check in was easy. Once in the room I noticed the floors were pretty dirty. Very sticky. Then the bathroom had hair still all over the tub. Which I cleaned myself and wasn't that big of a deal giving the hotel. Then went to check the bed.... the mattress topper was so nasty. I went to Walmart and got me a air mattress. I usually dont mind at all to clean the room before I use anything and I dont even mind cleaning the floors myself when I am staying at a hotel like the red roof but when it comes to the bed the sheets along with the mattress topper and protector needs to be removed and cleaned often. The sheets seemed clean. Also this mess next to the trashcan (condoms) was there Sunday when I arrived and was still there when I left this morning on Tuesday. I did enjoy the fact that my dog

Positive: The flexibility of the phone dealer to customer was awesome. Negative: The next-door neighbor put next to had been banging on on my wall on the 5th of December. Also, I was barged in on asleep. One of the house maids left nano dust irritants in my room and in my hygiene kit.

Check-in was easy, and staff was friendly. The room had a strong musty smell. The floor was sticky and dirty. The toilet bowl had black mold in it, and the tub drain had a yellow ring. Bathroom was outdated and yellowing, but the sink and counter area was updated and clean. The sheets and top layer of bedding were clean, but the thin comforter was very dirty. It looked like someone had spilled something on it, and it wasn't washed. All 3 pillows on the bed were flat. I sometimes caught a whiff of dog urine in the room. There were no signs of any bugs in the room. The parking area was clean, and we never felt unsafe.

The first room I was given the bed was unmade, food boxes scattered, and glasses everywhere. It hadn't been cleaned up AT ALL. When I went back to the office, they did give me another room that was clean and looked just like the pictures. I wasn't offered a free stay or even a discount. In the parking lot there was an open suitcase, food boxes, and the distinct smell of "herb". Although they offer fly and park, which i thought about using, I didn't feel comfortable leaving my vehicle. I travel by myself frequently and this has to be one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. I was so shocked I didn't take pics of the first room. I can honestly say that I won't stay here again.
