Red Roof PLUS+ Chicago - Hoffman Estates

I had a great experience staying at Red Roof Inn. From the moment I arrived, Mona made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and her professionalism and kindness really stood out. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for my stay. It’s clear that the staff here care about their guests and take pride in providing good service. A special thank you to Mona for being so helpful and accommodating. Her hospitality made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay.

Was there for a conference. Location was only because conference was near by. When I checked in they had changed my booking without me knowing, they said it was the 3rd party booking that made the mistake, when I called Trip, they never took responsibility. So neither took responsibility. I had to pay for another room as the double beds rooms were all booked out, even though I had a booking...

if I could give it a zero star I would!!! Absolutely ridiculous. I dropped a single blush on the floor, cleaned it up with a towel, and this Red Roof Inn had the audacity to charge me $100 for “damages.” Let me spell it out: everything was washable. NOTHING was permanently ruined. This is not how hotels operate anywhere else — I’ve stayed at Holiday Inn under the same circumstances and was not charged a dime. This is petty, exploitative, and insulting. Charging guests for basic laundering of normal cosmetic accidents is beyond absurd. Avoid this hotel unless you want to pay $100 for simply existing as a guest.

Very convenient location, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Mona at the front desk she was very helpful, professional, and truly pretty inside and out. She made our stay even better. I would definitely recommend booking a hotel here. Outstanding customer service. Thank you so much!
